What Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any sensitive personal data about you. This includes data about your sexual orientation, political opinions, religious beliefs, health information, or biometric data.

Newsletter and Forms

We use Tally to collect emails for our newsletter and forms (such as showing interesting our product). Tally is a Belgian company, Padeia has agreed to a data processing agreement with Tally. All Tally form data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and stored in Europe.

When you sign up to our newsletter, we will keep that information until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the newsletter or by contacting us. To subscribe to our newsletter, we need your email address and name.

When you fill out a form, we will keep that information for as long as we need it to fulfill the purpose of the form. We will delete the information when we no longer need it. When you fill out a form, we will ask for your name, email, phone and the company you work for.

Hiring (Teamtailor)

We use Teamtailor to collect applications for open positions at Padeia. Teamtailor is a Swedish company.

To make it easier for the candidates, we have a separate website that covers data and privacy for candidates. A separate data processing agreement between Padeia and Teamtailor applies.

Logging and Slack

We use Slack for internal communication and real-time logging of our services. The purpose for logging is to monitor the health of our services and to be able to respond quickly to any issues. The logs contain the name of company, and potentially unique internal identificators (such as user id) and error messages.

Slack is a US-based company, but they have data centers in multiple locations around the world. A separate data processing agreement between Padeia and Slack applies.

Identity

We host our services on Fly.io, a US-based company. Fly.io has data centers in multiple locations around the world. Padeia currently only use their data centers in Europe. A separate data processing agreement between Padeia and Fly.io applies.

We store information about your identity, such as name, email, phone and potential relation with social media accounts. This information is stored in Europe, through Turso. Turso is a US-based company, but they have data centers in multiple locations around the world. Padeia currently only use their data centers in Europe. A separate data processing agreement between Padeia and Turso applies.

E-mails

We use Mailgun to send transactional e-mails. Mailgun is a US-based company. A separate data processing agreement between Padeia and Mailgun applies. We use Google Workspace for our e-mail service. Google is a US-based company. A separate data processing agreement between Padeia and Google applies.
